Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to rleroux@mongoose.co.za. Cancellations will only be valid if recipients are in possession of an acknowledgement of receipt from the conference accounts department. Please resend your notice of cancellation if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

 Refund of fees will be as follows

  • Cancellation before 14 November 2025 – 50% refund (less 10% handling fee).
  • No refunds after 14 November 2025.
  • Substitutions can only be made by informing the conference accounts department before the start of the conference.
  • Please note that all refunds will be paid in the week following the conference.
